These dainty little spiral hoops give the look of two hoops, but with only one piercing. Gently open it up just enough to fit your lobe between the two hoops, twist one end through your lobe one full rotation, and then pinch the hoops back together.
 
The spiral hoops are about 1/4" in diameter. Solid gold options are made to order and have about a 1 week lead time.
